Company Policies

We understand that travel plans sometimes change and unforeseen circumstances may alter your travel plans. Our cancellation policy is simple: If you call us within two (2) hours of your scheduled pick-up time to cancel your reservation, we will not hold you responsible for the cost of the contracted trip, thus your account will not be charged.

In the event you cancel your reservation with less than two (2) hours notice from the time of your scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee equivalent to the total sum of the trip (minus taxes) will be charged to your account. Arrowpoint Limousine Service Inc. and our affiliates are not responsible for cancelled, late, diverted/delayed flights, or other incident(s) that result in failure to comply with the aforementioned cancellation policy.
